Probate checklist
A useful checklist is available to practitioners lodging probate papers.
The Probate, Administration & Trusts Committee has been asked by the County Registrar with responsibility for Wexford District Probate Registry to publish achecklist to be submitted with applications to Wexford District Probate Registry.
While this checklist is not mandatory for any other District Probate Registries or for the Probate Office, it is recommended as a checklist for any solicitor lodging probate papers.
