Requisitions on Title - 2019 (Revised) Edition
The Conveyancing Committee recently made revisions to its 2019 Requisitions on Title to include new requisitions on the vacant-sites levy, and published it to the profession in the December 2020 issue of the eZine.
The revised edition has been made available in fillable PDF format on the ‘precedents’ page at www.lawsociety.ie, and was recommended for use for all transactions commencing on or after 1 January 2021.
The accompanying explanatory memorandum was also updated and can be found on the precedents page also. In case of heavy demand for hard copies of the revised document in the short term, please bear in mind that practitioners can use the online version on the precedents page until such time as all print orders are fulfilled. To order hard copies, visit www.lawsociety.ie/publications.
