Human Rights Video-Series

Members of the Law Society’s Human Rights & Equality Committee launched their human rights video-series in 2022 to give an insight into the day in a life of a human rights lawyer in Ireland. In the short video clips, members speak about their journeys in qualifying as solicitors, experience working to protect fundamental rights, and highlight what a career in human rights actually looks like within the Irish legal system.

The purpose of the video-series is to highlight the fact that human rights transcend across all areas of law, as reflected in the many different practice areas in which Committee members work. The videos are available to watch below.
