Are you required to hold a PC?

Have you properly completed your PC application and arranged payment? (both steps must be completed)

Does your payment method clearly link to your PC application with a specific reference number? (e.g. your firm and solicitor numbers)

Have you allowed for enough time for your PC application and fees to be received on or before the 1 February deadline?

Are your personal and practice details up-to-date? (e.g. have you moved house, firm or been promoted?)

Have you notified the Law Society of any change in your practising status? (e.g. have you been on career break or maternity leave?)
