Exemption requirements
Candidates must provide evidence of relevant exemptions if you are applying for Constitutional Law only, Contract Law only and/or Tort Law only.
Constitutional Law is available only to candidates who have been granted an exemption from either the examination in Company Law or the examination in Criminal Law.
Contract is available only to candidates who have been granted exemption from the examination in Tort.
Tort is available only to candidates who have been granted exemption from the examination in Contract.
