Aim and Objectives
The aim and objectives of this training and education event are to provide an opportunity for practitioners to update their knowledge in areas of law relevant to general practice. The aim is to offer practitioners a practical update in relevant areas from experienced practitioners and expert speakers. There will also be an opportunity to network with colleagues over a hot lunch and evening drinks reception.

• Litigation: Assisted Decision Making - Circuit Court, applications and updates
• Assisted Decision Making and EPAs a practical guide

Learning Outcomes
A delegate who attends this practice update will gain knowledge and understanding of areas of law and regulatory matters relevant for their day-to-day work as a legal practitioner.

In order to reduce waste and to support the work of the Law Society Environmental and Sustainability in Practice Taskforce materials will not be available in hard copy on the day of the event. Instead, materials will be emailed to delegates in advance of the event. The materials can be downloaded to a phone, laptop or iPad. If individual delegates wish to print the materials, they are free to do so.
