It's a Dunn deal as Arthur Cox names partner

Top four firm Arthur Cox has named Matt Dunn as its new partner and head of the project and infrastructure finance group. 

Matt joins Arthur Cox from Clifford Chance where he was a partner in the finance department.

Matt has advised borrowers and lenders, including direct lending funds, on leveraged finance transactions, event-driven corporate financings, infrastructure and secured debt platform financings.  

Unique

Matt brings substantial senior international finance expertise that is unique in the Irish market. 

He will be working closely with the firm's infrastructure, construction and utilities group on financing.
