William Fry Cork office will serve broad range of sectors

William Fry has opened a new office in Cork.

The branch will be led by real estate partner Brian O'Callaghan and senior banking and finance associate Laura Houlihan.

Brian specialises in property finance and property-based lending, retail and office leasing for landlords and tenants and investment acquisitions and disposals.

Broad range

Laura advises on a broad range of banking and finance transactions including acquisition finance, property finance, construction finance and restructures and regularly acts as lead counsel in multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Laura also has particular experience in lending into QIAIF/ ICAV structures.

In Munster, William Fry also works with clients in tech, agribusiness, healthcare, retail, construction, energy and telecoms and media, among other sectors.

The firm is active the Cork Chamber of Commerce and the School of Law at UCC.

 William Fry also has offices in Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco and Silicon Valley.
