WRC decisions searchable on redesigned site

The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) has launched a new and redesigned website.

The website, which can still be found at www.workplacerelations.ie, was developed throughout 2018 with input from stakeholders through focus groups, testing and surveys.

The new site is more visually appealing and easier to navigate and search.

The ‘decisions and determinations’ page has been redesigned to include a more prominent and powerful keyword search.

Filters

It also includes filters, which are presented in order of popularity and tooltips to explain to users how to filter their searches.

Director general Liam Kelly (pictured) said “After working throughout 2018 with our stakeholders to develop a website fit for the needs of all our customers, I am happy to see it come to life.’’

“We are committed to continuously improving the service we provide, and it is an important part of our remit to educate the public of their rights and responsibilities under employment, equality and equal status legislation.

This improved website and our new Twitter account will help them to find the information they need, when they need it, quickly and easily.”

Labour Court

The Labour Court has also launched its new website. The WRC website address remains unchanged at www.workplacerelations.ie, while the Labour Court can be found at www.labourcourt.ie.

All decisions from the WRC and Labour Court will be held on a shared database, which can be accessed from either site.

The WRC can be found on Twitter at @WRC_ie
