Arthur Cox names Upton as new ‘of counsel’

Arthur Cox has named Elizabeth Upton as ‘of counsel’ to the firm. ‘Of counsel’ is a non-associate, non-partner role.

Elizabeth is a member of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution group and has extensive experience in defending mass claims and managing high-value and complex commercial disputes.

Competition litigation

Her particular areas of expertise include competition litigation and product liability, commercial property and professional negligence claims.
