Dillon Eustace grows to forty partners

Two new hires in funds and construction teams

Asset management and investment funds specialist Dillon Eustace has appointed two new partners. The firm now has over 200 employees and 40 partners.

Shane Coveney is a new partner with the funds team, which now boasts 16 partners and 20 lawyers.

Funds

Coveney’s practice focuses on advising on the structure, establishment and ongoing operations of Irish-regulated investment funds.

He has particular expertise in exchange traded funds, other UCITS and alternative investment funds.

He worked in London for a number of years as in-house legal counsel with several global investment management houses.

Specialist

Fiona O’Neill joins the real estate practice as a construction law specialist. O’Neill was previously part of the in-house team at Irish Water, advising on engineering projects, risk mitigation and internal governance.

Managing partner Mark Thorne said that the pair’s extensive expertise in their respective fields made them great assets to the firm and its clients.
