ReganWall headcount at ten in strategic growth push

As part of a strategic growth plan, ReganWall has appointed Adam Griffiths as a partner and Sarah Connolly as a solicitor.

Griffiths is an experienced corporate lawyer with diverse transactional experience who previously practised for a decade in London and at a national firm in Ireland.

He has broad experience in corporate finance and investment transactions with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity, acting for corporates, financial sponsors, business owners, founders and management teams.

Sarah Connolly is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer and has advised on share and asset acquisitions and disposals, venture capital and syndicated investments, corporate structuring and corporate governance.

The new appointments bring the Cork-based firm's headcount to ten, just over three months since the firm opened its doors with a pledge to double its headcount to 12 staff by the end of the year.

Managing partner Adrian Wall said "We set up the firm to address increased M&A activity nationally. Adam's key expertise and experience in this area will further strengthen our offering of strategic and innovative legal counsel to our clients.

"We are also delighted to welcome Sarah, who has advised on a number of complex transactions, and brings with her a fresh perspective."
