Matheson to Pinsent Masons switch for Finn

The global firm has hired Michael Finn from Matheson, where he led the IP disputes group, to boost its life sciences and technology sector.

Finn advises on complex domestic and international commercial disputes, contentious intellectual property matters, data privacy disputes, regulatory matters including prosecutions, product liability, and judicial review.

He has extensive experience in large-scale litigation before the  Commercial Court.

Pinsent Masons also announced a global turnover of £482m for 2018, a 7% increase on the previous year. Gross profit increased by 2.5% during the same period.

Expansion mode

The firm continued in expansion mode, opening its eighth international office in four years.
