Probate masterclass on offer at Blackhall Place

Law Society Finuas Skillnet is offering a probate masterclass on 20 September.

Probate practitioners will be brought through the new probate forms and upcoming changes to practice.

Among the topics to be covered are:

  • Changes to probate papers, practice and procedure,
  • The Inland Revenue affidavit from a Probate Office perspective,
  • What type of grant is needed and who is entitled to take it out,
  • Oath, bond, affidavits, certificates and all the new papers and procedures,
  • Other types of application to the probate officer or court.

The session will be chaired by probate officer John Glennon.
