MH&C names a new dispute resolution partner

Mason Hayes & Curran has named Sinéad Power as a partner in its dispute resolution team.

A NUI Galway graduate, Sinéad Power has a wide range of commercial litigation experience with a particular focus on providing strategic advice and support for the financial services sector. 

Sinéad also has extensive experience in dealing with litigation and regulatory issues in connection with loan portfolio sales.

Measured approach

Head of dispute resolution Maurice Phelan said: “Sinéad’s mature and measured approach to resolving disputes is highly regarded by clients and colleagues alike.” 

Sinéad added: “I look forward to making a meaningful contribution as partner and continuing to work with and assist clients in every way I can”.

Sinéad Power also has an LLM in commercial law from Cambridge University.
