Ronan Group Real Estate appoints former Arthur Cox partner as new CEO

A former partner at Arthur Cox is now working for property developer Johnny Ronan (pictured above). Rory Williams is the new chief executive at Ronan Group Real Estate (RGRE).

Williams was previously general counsel to Treasury Holdings, which Ronan ran with Richard Barrett.

Williams was also chief legal officer to Ervia, the parent company of Irish Water and Gas Networks Ireland, where he led a team of 20 legal professionals.

Addition

Johnny Ronan commented: “Rory brings an exceptional legal mind and a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role, having served in senior leadership positions in both the private and semi-state sectors. He will be a fantastic addition to our leadership team.”

RGRE is believed to have development projects of over 7 million square feet in Dublin at present, including Dublin’s future tallest building at Tara Street, the Salesforce Tower at Spencer Place, and Fibonacci Square in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

Williams says that he is looking forward to building on this “powerful momentum” to strengthen the firm’s project pipeline.
