Trinity College Law Review to debate ICC

Trinity College Law Review (TCLR) and the college Philosophical Society are hosting a panel discussion entitled “The Future of War in the 21st Century”.

The debate, in association with Arthur Cox and PwC, is on at two pm in the Graduates Memorial Building next Tuesday 29 October.

Prosecutor

Luis Moreno Ocampo is the first prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Michael Becker, adjunct assistant professor of public international law at TCD, and Dr Laura Graham, visiting professor at the ICC, will all speak at the event.

The speakers will examine the development of international criminal law, the future of the ICC and how justice is administered between states.
