Setanta centres on tax law

Setanta Landers has joined the Tully Rinckey Dublin office as ‘of counsel’.

He will focus his practice on litigation, including matters related to planning law, tax law and technology law.

Landers is an Irish solicitor admitted in England and Wales, a registered trademark attorney and a tax consultant, with ‘big four’ experience prior to qualifying as a solicitor

IP disputes

He is experienced in technology and intellectual property disputes and has assisted clients in ‘passing-off’ disputes, data protection law, and efficient tax structures to protect intellectual property.

Landers is a graduate of NUI Galway and has contributed articles to the Law Society Gazette, Accountancy Ireland and the Irish Tax Review.

Tully Rinckey’s Dublin office provides advice to business clients on both sides of the Atlantic.
