The seminar will take place on 5 December at the Dublin Dispute Resolution Centre, Distillery Building in Dublin 7, at 4.15 pm.
Initiative
This initiative is to introduce the concept of a family law arbitration scheme to a wider audience and to examine the potential appetite for these methods.
The speakers lined up are:
- Irish solicitor and arbitrator Michael Carrigan,
- Charles Hale QC,
- Suzanne Kingston.
Disputes
The latter two speakers, who are London-based family lawyers and arbitrators, will make a presentation on arbitration of family disputes in the UK.
Suzanne Kingston has been described as the ‘queen of arbitration’ in the Chambers UK High Net Worth Guide 2018.
She supports clients facing complex financial issues and children arrangements following separation.
