Dates for your diary – 2020 judicial conferences now scheduled

The 2020 Circuit Court conference has been now been booked for the weekend of 8-9 May 2020. No cases should be listed for any Circuit Court for the period, save on the instruction of the judiciary.

The 2020 District Court conference has also been provisionally scheduled, (but not yet booked) for Thursday to Saturday on 5-7 March 2020, concluding on Saturday morning.

No cases should be listed for any District Court on Friday 6 March, save on the instruction of the judiciary.

Colin Daly, President of the District Court, is working with the Courts Service on finalising venues.

Scheduled

The 2020 Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court conference has been provisionally scheduled for Thursday (evening) on 9 July 2020, to continue on Friday 10 July.

No cases should be listed for the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal or the High Court on Friday 10 July, save on the instruction of the judiciary.

The following dates have been booked provisionally for the national conference for the coming years:

  • Friday 20 November 2020,
  • Friday 19 November 2021,
  • Friday 18 November 2022,
  • Friday 17 November 2023.
