New head of corporate at William Fry

William Fry has named Stephen Keogh as its new head of corporate and M&A. Stephen joined William Fry over 20 years ago and returned from heading the firm's London office in 201 after a five-year stint.

Stephen specialises in corporate transactions, with an emphasis on the private equity and technology sectors.

The law firm has also announced the appointment of two new partners, Ailbhe Dennehy and Ian Murray in the employment and benefits, and insurance and reinsurance teams respectively.

Ailbhe worked with the A&L Goodbody employment team, where she advised on both contentious and non-contentious employment law and industrial-relations issues.

Regulatory insurance

Ian Murray returns to William Fry from SCOR Global Life. Previously a member of the firm's corporate department for 13 years, his practice involves a combination of corporate and regulatory insurance and reinsurance work.

Ian is also qualified in England and Wales.

Managing partner Bryan Bourke said: “It is vital for us at William Fry to continue to ensure our clients receive the best quality in legal advice. Through appointments such as these, we can ensure that is the case well into the future."
