Global top 15 law firm, Eversheds Sutherland has three new partners in its Dublin office.

Eoin MacAodha has become a partner in the firm’s litigation practice, Julie Galbraith has taken up the role in its employment practice, and Peter O’Neill has become a partner in the commercial practice. 

Statutory interpretation

Eoin MacAodha practices in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance and white-collar crime. He also has extensive experience in public administrative law, particularly in statutory interpretation, High Court appeals and judicial review. 

Julie Galbraith advises clients on all aspects of the employment relationship from recruitment to termination. She works with public and private-sector clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Julie is also secretary and board member of the Employment Law Association of Ireland, and a regular media speaker.

Peter O’Neill is an experienced corporate commercial lawyer practising in all aspects of commercial and corporate law, including M&A transactions, venture capital transactions, distribution agreements, and outsourcing agreements.
