Tully Rinckey names new Dublin managing partner

Grainne Loughnane has been promoted to managing partner of Tully Rinckey Ireland’s Dublin office.

Ms Loughnane, who joined the practice in early 2019, oversees the firm’s commercial property practice, representing some of Ireland’s leading property developers and international property funds.

“I plan to continue to deliver high quality services to our current clients while expanding our service offering to corporate clients in new practice groups,” she said.

Ms Loughnane will oversee the daily operations and expansion of the firm’s Dublin office and continue to provide legal representation to clients.

She focuses her practice on commercial and residential property, specialising in retail, development and investment acquisitions and disposals. She also advises on landlord and tenant law, acquisition and leasing of social housing and property financing.

Expansion

Ms Loughnane possesses a Certificate in Conveyancing and Property Law. She is admitted to practice in Ireland, England and Wales. She is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association (DSBA) and the Irish Women Lawyers Association (IWLA). She holds an honours LLB Law Degree.

Tully Rinckey, which is headquartered in New York and was founded in 2004, currently has 10 US offices, one in Dublin and another in London, which opened last year. The firm has expanded rapidly since entering the Irish market in July 2018.
