Firm takes instructions via social media

Kearney Law has celebrated six months in business and opened three new offices in Cork, Donegal and Galway.

Based in Belfast and Dublin, with a regional office in London, the law firm has used technology to expand its business offering.

Director Paul Kearney said: “In business terms we are a relatively young start-up, but from the beginning, I ensured that technology played an instrumental part in my business, which is primarily focused on personal injury, accidents in the workplace, road traffic accidents and clinical negligence.

“The beauty of this is I don’t need to see my client base and as a workaholic, I can push forward and help my many clients.”

Expansion

On the recent expansion, Paul said, “We are delighted to mark our six months in business with the opening of three new offices.

“We’re very aware that it is a tough time for businesses globally – especially with the uncertainty of when this pandemic will end, however at Kearney Law, the adaptation of a dynamic business model, which allows us to automate our business models and work remotely when required, has allowed us to avoid any immediate impact.”

Flexibility

The firm receives instructions online, via email, telephone and social media and says that clients appreciate this flexibility.

Kearney Law opened its first office in September 2019.

It has also pioneered a “risk-free insurance product” in the North, which offers clients financial protection against legal costs in the event of a case being lost.
