MHC appoints health and prosecutions partner

Law firm Mason Hayes & Curran LLP (MHC) has appointed Shane Reynolds (pictured, left) as a partner in its health and prosecutions team.

Mr Reynolds, who specialises in the areas of criminal law, administrative law and investigations, has widespread experience at District, Circuit and Superior Court level.

Lecturer

A graduate of NUI Galway, he was previously a senior associate with the firm. He is also a lecturer and tutor in juvenile justice at Trinity College and in criminal law for the Law Society of Ireland.

Mr Reynolds previously acted in High Court injunctive proceedings initiated as a test case for local authorities, which formed an important part of the Government’s national waste management priorities.
