Law Society shortlisted for sustainable business award

The Law Society of Ireland has been shortlisted in the annual Chambers Ireland Sustainable Business Impact Award for its work in  promoting gender equality, diversity and inclusion in the solicitors’ profession, through the GEDI initiative.

The Sustainable Business Impact Awards, sponsored by BAM Ireland, are held to recognise and celebrate best practice in sustainable development and social responsibility undertaken by companies of all sizes across Ireland.

Alignment with goals

The UN’s Sustainable Development Goals are at the heart of these awards, celebrating sustainable business practices and championing Chambers Ireland’s alignment with the goals.

This year, the awards will be hosted by presenter Mary Kennedy in an online ceremony on Thursday, 16 September.
