To reduce the current waiting times for hearing dates for Civil Motions before the Dublin County Registrar, caused by virus restrictions, the following will apply. 

All matters with hearing dates for 22 November-29 November 2022 will now be heard on 3 May 2022.

All matters with hearing dates for 6 December 2022 and 13 December 2022 will now be heard on 5 May 2022. 

All matters with hearing dates for 20 December 2022 and 17 January 2023 will now be heard on 10 May 2022.

All matters with hearing dates for 24 January 2023 and 31 January 2023 will now be heard on 12 May 2022.

All matters with hearing dates for 7 February 2023 and 14 February 2023 will now be heard on 16 May 2022.

All matters with hearing dates for 21 February 2022 and 28 February 2022 will now be heard on 17 May 2022.

All matters with hearing dates for 7 March 2023 and 14 March 2023 will now be heard on 18 May 2022.

All matters with hearing dates for 21 March 2023 and 28 March 2023 will now be heard on 19 May 2022.

All matters with hearing dates for 4 April 2023 and 11 April 2023 will now be heard on 20 May 2022.

All matters with hearing dates for 18 April 2023 and 25 April 2023 will now be heard on 23 May 2022.

All matters with hearing dates for 7 May 2023 and 9 May 2023 will now be heard on 24 May 2022.

All matters with hearing dates for 16 May 2023 and 23 May 2023 will now be heard on 26 May 2022.

All matters with hearing dates for 30 May 2023 will now be heard on 27 May 2022.
