DWF makes two key Belfast appointments

Legal-services firm DWF has announced two senior appointments to its team in Belfast.

Rachel Richardson (pictured) becomes director of its employment team, while Laura Menary (small picture) will be a senior associate in the healthcare division.

DWF says that Richardson has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law.

She works on a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters – including complex tribunal litigation and redundancies – as well as providing general employment-law advice to businesses and public-sector bodies.

Further expansion

Menary defends clinicians in relation to clinical- and dental-negligence claims, acting on the instructions of medical-defence organisations and global insurers.

She also provides risk-management advice to GP surgeries, and training to medical students and clinicians.

DWF has grown steadily since entering the North’s market in 2015, and earlier this year announced plans for further expansion.
