Tughans moves to Belfast’s historic Linen Quarter

Leading Belfast-based law firm Tughans is moving to new headquarters on two floors of the recently completed Ewart building in Bedford Square, in the city’s historic Linen Quarter.

Tughans is one of the North’s largest commercial law firms, providing specialist legal advice across all business sectors. The firm has advised on deals worth over Stg £3 billion in each of the last five years.

New build extension

The former Ewart’s warehouse, a Grade B+ listed site, has recently undergone an Stg £85-million restoration, with the addition of a 17-storey, new-build extension.

Managing partner Patrick Brown said: “The world-class facilities in the Ewart very closely align with our own ambition for the future, and will support both our continued growth and development of our culture of intelligence, collaboration, and innovation.”
