Dublin’s OSM names new property partner

Dublin-based OSM Partners LLP has announced the appointment of Mary-Louise O’Hagan as a partner in the firm’s property team.

O’Hagan has several years’ experience advising on both residential and commercial property matters, with particular expertise in insolvency and property transactions.

She regularly provides advice on security reviews, title rectification, disposal of large volumes of distressed properties, and other complex property-related issues.

‘Wealth of experience’

Her clients include a range of private clients, companies, receivers, assets managers, and financial institutions.

Dario Di Murro (partner and head of property) said: “Mary-Louise has a wealth of experience in property and banking law, and this expertise, in addition to her experience advising on distressed assets, has made her an invaluable member of our busy property team.”
