Sarah O’Toole appointed as partner at BHSM

Corporate-law firm BHSM LLP has appointed Sarah O’Toole as a partner.

She joined the firm in 2014 as a solicitor, and works with two of its departments: litigation and dispute-resolution, and insolvency and corporate restructuring.

O’Toole’s main area of practice is commercial disputes involving corporations and private clients, typically in the High Court and Commercial Court

Property disputes

The firm says that she has extensive experience in property and construction-related disputes, and advises commercial landlords and tenants on a wide range of issues.

She also has experience in relation to advising multi-national companies, and has worked with law firms in other jurisdictions on a range of multi-jurisdictional disputes.

Mark Homan (managing partner) said that the appointment illustrated the firm’s ambitions for growth.
