Criminal Law

The Diploma in Criminal Law in Practice returns after a two-year hiatus offering students in-depth exposure to and practical insight into key practice areas of criminal law in Ireland from both the prosecution and defence perspectives. It begins on 20 October.

Enforcement for Public Bodies

The Certificate in Enforcement for Public Bodies gives an overview of the rationale for regulation and the various methods of enforcement – civil and criminal enforcement as well as investigations and hearings.

Additionally, the important area of challenges to decisions of a regulatory body is examined. It starts on 24 October.

Family Law

The Diploma in Family Law begins on 3 October. The objective of this diploma is to provide practitioners with an essential overview of the many recent developments in family law and the implications for day-to-day client advice, practice, and procedure.

Diploma Centre courses are open to solicitors, trainees, barristers, and suitably-qualified professionals. Courses are designed with the busy professional in mind, and all lectures are available to view on demand, offering maximum flexibility.

The full autumn list of courses is now available online.
