Simmons & Simmons to move Dublin office

International law firm Simmons & Simmons has announced plans to move to a new Dublin office in May next year.

The firm said that it was relocating to One Molesworth Street in Dublin’s city centre, due to increasing demand for its services and its growing workforce.

Simmons opened its Dublin office in May 2018, but quickly outgrew its initial office space, and subsequently relocated to Grand Canal Dock in 2019.

The new 13,100-square-foot office is on the fourth floor of the One Molesworth Steet building.

‘Key location’

The firm says that the space has state-of-the-art facilities, advanced technology infrastructure, and an open-plan design that will provide “a dynamic and flexible work environment for staff”.

The lease of the space will run until 2038, and Simmons adds that it offers “significant room” for further expansion of the firm’s business in Ireland.

Rachel Stanton (head of the Irish operations, small picture) noted: "We are delighted to have secured this superb office space in a key location, where we will be in close proximity to a number of our significant clients.

"It also offers a modern and collaborative environment that will enable our team to continue to thrive”.
