Holmes appoints Stephen Walker as partner

Law firm Holmes has announced that Stephen Walker (pictured) is to become a partner in its corporate practice.

Walker joined Holmes in 2020 as of counsel, having previously spent over 14 years with Dublin law firm Whitney Moore – including eight years as managing partner.

He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts, corporate restructurings, corporate governance, and commercial advisory matters

Walker will be based in Holmes’s Dublin office, and will head the corporate team.

‘Continued growth’

Harry Fehily (Holmes managing partner) said that the new partner brought “strong knowledge, connections and deep M&A and commercial experience” to the corporate practice.

Fehilly described the appointment as “an important step in the firm’s continued growth and expansion”.

Holmes O'Malley Sexton LLP rebranded to Holmes and Homs Assist in 2021, and has offices in Limerick, Dublin, Cork and London.
