Practice update for solicitors in Kilkenny

Law Society Skillnet is hosting a general practice update for solicitors in Kilkenny this week.

The event takes place at Hotel Kilkenny, College Road, Sugarloafhill, Kilkenny on Thursday 23 November (10am to 5.30pm).

The event aims to provide an opportunity for practitioners to update their knowledge in areas of law relevant to general practice.

The aim is to offer practitioners a practical update in relevant areas from experienced practitioners and expert speakers. There will also be an opportunity to network with colleagues over lunch and an evening drinks reception.

The event is worth six CPD hours by group learnings.

Topics and speakers

Topics to be covered include:

  • Probate 2023: what’s new?,
  • Litigation 2023: recent developments,
  • Consumer-law update,
  • Management and professional development: how to address chronic pain,
  • Regulation: transfer of files between solicitors,
  • Your practice viability, and present and future options.
