MHC backs International Disputes Week

Mason Hayes and Curran (MHC) will sponsor Dublin International Disputes Week, which takes place at Dublin Castle from 30 September to 2 October.

DIDW is a forum for international practitioners and general counsel.

It brings together lawyers and thought leaders who specialise in complex, cross-border disputes. The theme of this year’s event is ‘Dispute Resolution in an Uncertain World’.

Related events include the MHC inaugural Dispute Resolution Conference on 12 September at the Royal Irish Academy of Music, where the keynote speaker will be Attorney General Rossa Fanning SC.

Other panellists – including Kelley Smith SC and Anneliese Day KC (Fountain Court Chambers) – will discuss recent advancements in dispute-resolution clauses, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods, and the rise of recorded class actions in Ireland.
