McCann Fitzgerald commits to UN Global Compact

McCann FitzGerald LLP is now an official participant of the UN Global Compact.

This is a global initiative for businesses committed to aligning their operations and strategies with the UN’s Ten Principles covering human rights, labour, the environment, and anti-corruption.

Through participation, businesses are guided on their sustainability efforts, supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as well as offering networking opportunities, and continuous improvement and accountability.

Update progress

As part of this initiative, businesses give an update each July to share their progress.

Partner Éamon Ó Cuív said: “This is a further step in our Responsible Business Strategy setting a measurable path forward, enabling impactful growth for our firm and our clients.

“This dedication underscores our unwavering resolve to uphold the highest standards of corporate responsibility and sustainability.

“By aligning our strategies and operations with the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, we are not only fostering a better future for our business, but also contributing to a more sustainable and equitable world for all.”
