Philip Lee plans to double corporate team
Commercial-law firm Philip Lee LLP has announced plans to double the size of its corporate and M&A (mergers and acquisitions) team over the next three years.
It has also appointed partner Eoghan Doyle as the new head of the department, succeeding outgoing head Andreas McConnell, who will remain “centrally involved” in the business.
Philip Lee said that it had experienced “massive growth” in recent years, and currently had ten M&A partners and a total team of 25 in corporate.
‘Momentum’
“Over the next number of years, we plan to double that to 50 and build on the momentum of the Irish M&A market and client demand for experienced and specialist transaction teams,” the firm stated.
Doyle, a partner at Philip Lee for the past nine years, is co-author of the bi-annual Philip Lee M&A Insights Guide, in association with Experian.
“We are looking forward to continuing to invest in, and expand, our talent offering in corporate and M&A,” he said.
