The Sustainability Society from the current Law Society PPC course is to host a panel discussion on climate litigation next week.

Marking An Taisce’s 'Green Week', the event will focus on the impact of the legal profession in tackling climate change, and the role of litigation.

The discussion takes place on Wednesday 6 March (1-2pm) in the Green Theatre, Law Society of Ireland, Blackhall Place, Dublin 7.

The panel members are:

  • Andrew Jackson (environmental and planning lawyer),
  • Clíona Kimber SC (chair of Comhshaol, the Climate Bar Association), and
  • Fred Logue (managing partner, FP Logue LLP).

Registration for the hybrid event is now open.
