Stand Strong event for Women’s Aid

Law Society Psychological Services is holding an event this Thursday (1 February) to raise awareness and funds for those affected by domestic abuse.

It is inviting PPC trainees to stand together in the yoga ‘warrior’ pose between 1pm and 1.30pm in the Law Society Sports Field.

All funds raised from the Stand Strong event will go directly to Women’s Aid.

The warrior pose is a symbol of focus, confidence and courage, and signifies standing in solidarity with women in Ireland who are affected by domestic abuse.

The 30-minute guided yoga session is suitable for all levels.
