CIARB conference on family-law arbitration

The Ireland branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB) is holding a conference on family-law arbitration tomorrow (4 July).

The event takes place at the Dublin Dispute Resolution Centre, The Distillery Building, 151 Church Street, Smithfield, Dublin 7 (1pm to 4.45pm).

Mr Justice David Barniville (President of the High Court) will deliver the opening address.

Panel discussions

Entrance is free but a reservation is required.

The conference is being held in conjunction with the Law Society, the Bar of Ireland, and the Family Lawyers Association of Ireland.

The event includes panel discussions with several family-law practitioners – including the Law Society President Barry MacCarthy and Keith Walsh SC (former chair of the Law Society’s Child and Family Law Committee).
