Dealing with complex and vulnerable clients

Law Society Professional Training will hold its fifth webinar of the High Impact Professional Series next week.

The live Zoom event will focus on working with complex and vulnerable clients and will take place on Thursday 11 July (1pm to 2pm).

The webinar is delivered by Law Society Psychological Services in partnership with Law Society Professional Training.

Emotional demands

One CPD hour for professional development and solicitor wellbeing (by e-learning) is available.

Key topics include:

  • Managing the emotional demands of complex legal cases,
  • Balancing client expectations, and
  • Addressing vicarious trauma.
