Kennedys law firm sees revenue go up by 17%

Global law firm Kennedys has reported record revenue of €446 million for the 2023-24 financial year.

This is a 17% increase on the previous year and the tenth consecutive year of revenue growth.

North America saw the most significant growth, with revenue of €110 million – up 22%.

Fee-earners

Growth has been underpinned by a 12% increase in the number of fee-earners worldwide, with total headcount now over 2,750.

This includes 19 partner hires, as well as 17 promotions in the firm’s annual round of partner promotions in May.

Senior partner Nick Thomas, who is part of Kennedys’ executive group, said: “I’m proud to see such impressive financial growth over the last year. In this period, we have also launched a new strategic plan, focused on six key priorities, which are the foundation stones for the ongoing growth of the firm.”

The firm opened offices in Fort Lauderdale, US and Newcastle, England, as well as moving to new premises in Paris, Dubai and Bermuda.
