Georgina Lanigan joins Lavelle Partners
Law firm Lavelle Partners LLP has appointed solicitor Georgina Lanigan to head up its asset and debt-recovery practice.
Lanigan specialises in advising financial institutions, credit-servicing companies, and small firms on mortgage and commercial litigation, asset and debt recovery, and the enforcement of security.
She also has extensive experience in advising clients on regulatory and compliance matters, and advising receivers on their appointments over certain assets.
Dual qualified
The new appointment is dual qualified as a solicitor in Ireland and in England and Wales.
Michael Lavelle (managing partner) said that Lanigan’s experience and leadership qualities would enable the practice to continue to achieve “first-rate results” for clients.
Lavelle Partners LLP is an established Irish law firm with offices in Dublin and Galway.
