The four new senior associates are:

  • Catherine Jane O’Rourke, who advises clients on employment matters,
  • Deirdre O’Sullivan, who has expertise in actions involving medical negligence, defective-product liability, and personal injuries,
  • Una Lyons, who practises in the defence of medical negligence claims on behalf of public and private healthcare providers, and
  • Anita Puri, whose practice covers a range of disciplines, with a particular focus on defending professionals involved in regulatory and disciplinary proceedings.

Jennifer Havard has been promoted to associate level. She mainly advises clinical practitioners, hospitals, and indemnity bodies on the defence of clinical-negligence claims.
