Clark Hill appoints Conor Kenny to grow US trade

International law firm Clark Hill has announced today that Conor Kenny has joined its transatlantic practice as an international business co-ordinator.

Based in Dublin, Kenny will focus on driving European-based business to the US, in addition to supporting American organisations expanding into Ireland and Europe.

Kenny has spent the last eight years working at the US Embassy in Dublin, acting as lead advisor for supporting inward investment from northern Europe into the US.

In that time, he has facilitated more than $12 billion of investment projects.

Excited

Kevin Kent, chair of Clark Hill’s transatlantic practice, said that the firm was very excited about the move.

“These relationships and his experience in the cross-border business-growth space bring a substantial additional layer of support to our clients as we continue our commitment to provide practical, business-focused advice to businesses coming from Europe into the US.”

Kenny is Clark Hill’s latest addition to an international practice that also includes a quickly growing Mexico City office.

Prior to joining the US embassy, Kenny was the head of investment for the British embassy in Dublin for three years. He earned a master’s degree in International Business at UCD Smurfit Business School.
