Dillon Eustace appoints new commercial partner

Dillon Eustace has appointed Shane Harron as a partner in its Dublin-based teams that are responsible for restructuring and insolvency, and commercial litigation.

Harron has more than 12 years’ experience advising both private and commercial clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, insolvency, corporate recovery, and enforcement matters.

He has acted on behalf of several of the main financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, and investment funds in high-value litigation and advises on a range of insolvency and commercial-litigation issues.

Donnacha O’Connor (managing partner) said that Harron’s practice straddled insolvency and corporate recovery, as well as general commercial litigation.

“In each area, he has excellent technical skills and problem-solving ability, as well as great soft skills and a strong work ethic. Shane’s appointment further strengthens our capabilities in these busy practice areas,” he added.
