IRLI criminal-law conference in Blackhall

Irish Rule of Law International (IRLI) is to hold its annual conference on criminal law later this month. 

The event will take place on Saturday 16 November (9am to 12.15pm) at the Law Society, Blackhall Place, Dublin 7. 

Ms Justice Iseult O’Malley of the Supreme Court will chair the conference. 

Attendance is worth three CPD hours. 

Updates 

The event will cover areas such as artificial intelligence, the cross-examination of children, and the history and future of the voir dire in criminal trials. 

There will also be updates on developments in the Supreme Court, sexual offences, extradition, judicial review, sentencing, and corporate criminal liability.
