Beauchamps appoints two new partners

Beauchamps has appointed two new partners.

Fiona Egan joins as a partner in projects, infrastructure and energy and Yvonne O'Byrne as a corporate partner.

Fiona joins from Arthur Cox where she specialised in construction and projects, in both contentious and non-contentious cases across energy and renewables, infrastructure, large scale commercial and residential schemes, manufacturing and logistics.

Governance

Yvonne O'Byrne specialises in M&A and financial services regulation and has extensive experience in governance, compliance, risk management and privacy.

She worked at Clyde & Co after a period in-house.

Managing partner John White said the duo are talented lawyers with a fresh perspective who have a strong cultural fit with Beauchamps.
