New counter for lodging ADMC documents

The Courts Service has said that the Dublin Small Claims and Licensing counter will be located on the Ground Floor of Áras Úi Dhálaigh, Dublin 7, from Monday 7 October.

A new counter, dedicated solely for the lodgement of documents relating to the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act 2015 (ADMC), will be open on the first floor of Áras Úi Dhálaigh.

The counters for the lodging of documents relating to District and Circuit Court Civil matters remain unchanged.

The opening hours for all counters are as follows:

  • District and Circuit: 10am-1pm; 2pm-4.30pm,
  • ADMC: 10am-1pm; 2pm-4.30pm,
  • Small Claims and Licensing: 10am-1pm; 2pm-4:30pm, and
  • Dublin Stamping Office: 9:30am-3:30pm.
